PeoplePrism maintains trail of application access of every login with date, user ID and IP stamp. Housekeeping part of application is controlled by way of version release and backup of components modified. Database backup is by way of export option attached to the application, accessible only to the nominated administrator.
PeoplePrism is available in three ways to the customer - Software as a Service (SaaS) Option, Buy Option and Outsourced Services. SaaS offering undertakes study of user requirements and on user approval of requirements undertake software customization. Once the customer subscribes, services application is hosted on (VIPL) server and customers get application access through browser. Security is implemented in three layers - Operating System, Access to Database and Access to Software Application.
